ABOUT OUR PROPERTY
Our gated property is located at the end of a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. The gates can only be opened by a code, ensuring the property and free, on-site parking are safe and secure.
One of the best features of our property is the unobstructed views of Lanzarote’s natural environment out to the Atlantic Ocean. These views can be enjoyed from most places on our property, but are exceptionally enjoyable from the sun terrace, indulging in a glass of great local wine.

Check-in: 11:00 – 22:30. Please inform the property of your arrival time in advance.
Check-out: 07:00 – 12:00.
QUIET HOURS
Guests are asked to remain quiet and respectful from 18:00 – 08:00.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are warmly welcomed. Cots and highchairs are available upon request.
EVENTS & PARTIES
Events and parties are not permitted. The property also does not accept stag, hen, or similar parties.
